This Fall, we’ve been loving cool blues and drama. Dark blue trim on a cream wall or a dramatic dark wall color can turn a plain wall into a focal point or differentiate one space from another. Read on for all of the paint colors we used in this season’s rooms.
Casa Blanca #7571 and Tempe Star #6229
In the living room above, we used a cream colored wall that coordinates to the background color of our accent fabric (Willa Parchment) then added an unexpected touch with a dark blue, Tempe Star. These Sherwin Williams colors coordinate back to our new fabric which inspired the whole room.
Iron Ore #7069
Sherwin Williams Iron Ore is a soft charcoal that works beautifully with reds, leathers, and wood tones. We loved the way it sets off a white casegood and white upholstery.
Languid Blue #6226
A watery blue paint color from Sherwin Williams gives this bedroom a relaxing, spa-like feel. This mid-tone blue works beautifully with white linens and upholstery and also wooden tones, like chairs and nightstands.
Sherwin Williams Naval is the darkest possible Navy, almost feeling black. Give a that feels super bright a cozier feel with dark walls.
Meadow Trail #7737
Bring some moodiness into your dining room with a mossy green. It feels a bit like a neutral because it’s a muddy hue, but it compliments off blues, golds, and greens.
