Everything Ballard *looks* wonderful — especially the Christmas items — BUT, it seems from the comments that it is only *sometimes* as good as it looks. I am reluctant to purchase online because I don’t have the time or patience to gamble on kludgy quality control.

I keep coming back, looking for indications that quality control has improved – or for a clear indication that Ballard is aware that they have a problem and are working on solving it.

Responding to comments disclosing negative experiences with an apology and the willingness to facilitate a no-charge return/replacement would go a long way toward building trust — at least with me.
