What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Happy Husband“Zoe” is perfect for the space intended, beside my husbands leather recliner. He has a beverage and two remotes to make him happy! It was a gift for our anniversary (60 yrs 1963) The table is well constructed and blends in well! Did I point out the hammered tray is removable for easy cleaning I didn’t buy it to be a primary piece but it easily fits in. Its size is so difficult to find! I salute Ballards for filling a need. I’m sure there will be many to concur.

A perfect fitI’ve now owned and used this table for two years, and I still love it. I needed a small rectangular table to go between two leather chairs in my family room following a remodel and redecorating. This table is perfect. It sturdy and high quality. It’s used daily, and gives us a convenient perch for coffee on weekend mornings. It does show a bit of wear due to the raised texture of the pattern so I recommend using coasters. The top part is actually a detached tray which sits down into the frame and can be lifted out to clean if needed. The brass tone has taken on a slight patina after two years of use. This is a great table and I would recommend.

Great little tableI was looking for a skinny side table to go between two chairs and this one works great. If you are looking for something heavy, this is not it. But it does the job of holding one of two drinks and that’s all I needed it to do (while looking stylish of course)!
