If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's where our "Love It or Send It Back" policy comes in. If you're dissatisfied with your Ballard purchase for any reason, you can return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or full refund* (excluding Shipping & Processing fees).

You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. What To Expect For Truck Deliveries


  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

I loved it so much I quickly ordered another one for my other entry way off of the garage. I am so picky about my rugs and this exceeds my expectation. I bought the black one and it is so durable and seems to hide so much foot traffic dirt! It is a very thick and durable....absolutely adore this rug. I have white planking with black and wood accents...it looks so clean and modern with the rug!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice rug Good quality for a decent price (and was on sale). I wish I had read the reviews though because I was really disappointed with the color. I chose the grey stripe and in person the complimentary color stripe is a sort of jute-y color which sort of makes the rug look like it's already a bit dirty and it sort of loses the stripe effect, blanding the whole thing out. I decided that I'll get used to it rather than have to roll it up to return and choose one of the other two choices. It does the job so I'm not unhappy. But don't be fooled by the photo - it doesn't represent the actual color.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This rug is not for outdoors! It’s an ok rug. Thicker and softer than expected but it is not indoor/outdoor. If it gets wet it will take days to dry even in the sun. It holds water and gets super heavy. Not recommended for outdoor or rinsing with water.
