What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

High-end tray for a homeVery nice tray. I placed this on my living room coffee table, arranging many pots on there for decor. The tray tightened up the look, and it looks much better. It is a very high-end tray that belongs in a luxury hotel (without looking too bulky in a home). Highly recommend!

Wonderful tray!I bought this tray to place over my 32 inch fire bowl so that during the day, when the fire bowl is not lit, it can double as a coffee table. It fits and looks great. It is study enough to hold plates, glasses, wine bottles, and food. Love it and it's perfect for the use I intended.

Better than expectedThe tray is much nicer than it appears in the pictures online. It’s a much warmer brown tone than the pictures and doesn’t look as contemporary as I was afraid it might. I’m using it on top of a skirted BD 30” table and it is perfection!
