You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Challenging purchase Looks great, but a lot of problems given the price. As noted in other reviews, the drawers do not slide well, and there is an awful small upon unpacking. We love the look, but decided to add small crystal knobs to assist the drawer actions. We also let the units sit in our garage for a week before bringing into the house, and then wiped them down with vinegar to kill the smell from the stain.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Look Terrific - Quality is Meh I bought two of these a large nightstands/chests for our master bedroom. They look beautiful and offer roomy storage. The quality, however, is not top-notch. The drawers do not slide smoothly (I had to add wax which helped a little). I also added dresser pulls because they were impossible to open otherwise. I'm only storing things I need to get to once in awhile in these chests. I do not think they would hold up with daily/frequent use. Delivery time was several months from order date. I paid extra for the in room delivery and JB Hunt was great. I could choose my delivery options, the delivery arrived on time, and the delivery guys were respectful of my brand new carpeting.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice looking product with a few flaws The top developed a hairline crack that is very visible after a couple of months. The drawers are unbalanced and hard to open. In order to exchange it, I had to pay for another on before they would ship a new one. That means I have to pay another $900.00 and will get a refund when they pick up the current one. (Which is on backorder. )Seems like a strange way to have this replaced, being out double the cash without a replacement.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Quality is ok at best The quality is sub par. I’ve only had them 1 month and two of the drawers have to be wiggled and shoved in to close. Should have read all reviews because someone else had the same issue. I would not purchase for $500 let alone almost $1000
