We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

It is worth noting that the art feels more like vinyl than canvas, and does look like a print rather than a painting. Lovely to look at, even if overpriced for these reasons.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Makes a Beautiful Statement This is a gorgeous print. Thank you to all who reviewed before me so that I knew exactly what I was getting picture quality wise. This is a print so there's no texture but you cannot tell when it's hanging on the wall. The frame is simple so the print stands out. I have been considering this artwork for over a year and I'm really glad I finally took the plunge. It's very large and very long so be sure you have the space, especially vertically. I had to knock off a star for two disappointing reasons. The frame had a very slight nick in it on the edge. It's not noticeable when it's hanging but for the price I expect better quality control prior to packing. The other problem was when we hung from the wire it pulled the print creating a wave effect in the image because the print is quite thin. The wire hanger won't work without reinforcement on the frame which we plan to do but should not have to. We've hung for the time being using the wood frame on a hook rather than the hanging wire.

I love this picture but I do not love the quality of the reproduction work. There isn't any texture or depth to the reprint. It looks very much like a copy. I think for the scale of the piece the price is fair, but I expected more from the actual appearance of the canvas.

I debated over and over as to whether or not I wanted to chance buying this without seeing it first, as it is a costly item for me. I went ahead and got it. I am not sure that I am keeping it, as I am disappointed in it based on the other reviews and the description provided by this website. The 13 step process they describe is only on the original - which you are not buying here. When you look at it online, it appears to have texture and movement within the piece, but what you get is flat, copy on canvas...not at all what I was hoping or paying for. My daughter thinks it's fabulous, but she's not the one who paid for it. Still in conflict whether to keep or not. It's not awful, it's just not as nice as I was expecting.

I was so disappointed when I received it - I can't explain what was wrong with it except to say the colors were muddled and somewhat flat. I think a print would have looked better. Spent and arm and a leg to send it back!
