If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's where our "Love It or Send It Back" policy comes in. If you're dissatisfied with your Ballard purchase for any reason, you can return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or full refund* (excluding Shipping & Processing fees).

You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.

  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

I had looked at the whale picture many times in the catalogue, but actually liked some of the bird pictures better. When I went to order the bird pictures, the size I wanted was out of stock! Back to the whale, & I am glad it worked out that way. It really makes a statement, but does not overwhelm the space. The colors are gorgeous sea blue/green/grey, The framing is of high quality. I am overall very satisfied with this picture.

It arrived yesterday and I couldn't be more pleased with it! It is even nicer looking in person than on the computer...beautiful shades of sea inspired blues & greens used on the whale, high quality art paper and lovely frames. Absolutely perfect!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect addition to our master bedroom I have been eyeing this item for a while and finally purchased and hung it up in our Master Bedroom this weekend. It could not be more perfect - the colors are an awesome mix of blues and greens ... really complemented our wall color perfectly (BM Palladian Blue). I also have to compliment Ballard on excellent shipping - we now have bubble wrap for days, but it definitely ensured that these two frames were ready to hang and not a mark or nick to be found anywhere.

The colors were perfect to tie in the couch, rug and the whole room. Great quality, beautifully boxed for shipment, everything I expected and more. I have now replaced those pillows with 2 white and coral pillows from Ballard's and it's a finished product

They make a very distinctive, fun, and unusual wall grouping for our beach house. Color is true to what is shown in the catalog. I put them over a low cabinet in the living room. Love them!

The size is perfect for our space, and whales have special meaning for us. One star deducted because the frames are *slightly* different in color and size, which is really only noticeable if you're staring!
