Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from High quality and attractive I ordered the file storage ottoman with custom Microfiber Wheat fabric after selecting from several fabric swatches. The upholstery work is well done and the fabric looks and feels like a beautiful soft suede. So far my cats have not damaged it as they have done to furniture pieces upholstered in woven fabrics. The ottoman seems very sturdy. I don't hesitate to sit on it. The lid operates smoothly and the ottoman rolls well on the built-in casters, though it is naturally harder to move once full of files. It is an attractive piece that does a good job of not looking like a filing cabinet and doubling as a coffee table or extra seat. I am very pleased with the purchase.

When I need to access files, I just roll it out. Storage capacity is huge. The hinge supporting the lid is sturdy. I used the Suzanne Kasler greige linen. This can easily be used for extra seating or would be great as a coffee table by topping it with a snazzy tray. Quality is high and it's a great value. Always get a fabric sample and carefully measure to avoid unhappy surprises!

I am planning to purchase the Whitley desk from Ballard. So the storage ottoman is perfect - well made, castors roll easy, top lifts easily but not too easily that my one-yr-old will be able to get into it. The top also stays up while I am looking for a particular file. I love this addition to our home office - what a great alternative to a plain, old file box.

Sturdy lid stays propped open when accessing files. Perfect organization solution for keeping up with filing and having documents handy, without needing to make a spot for unstylish filing boxes or cabinets.

I loved being able to choose my fabric, and the real thing is even better than the photo of the fabric. The file cabinet is extremely sturdy, and I was impressed with the ample storage. The rollers allow me to store the ottoman under a table in my living room, then pull it out to get to my files or to use the ottoman for seating. Terrific quality and value!
