Things to Know When Ordering

To make sure your order is processed promptly and accurately, please follow these easy steps:

1. Place your order online and upload image(s). Be sure to make note of your order number on the order confirmation page or order receipt email.
2. Prepare your digital image(s) to be forwarded to us. Photos should be in .JPG format only to ensure the best reproduction.
3. You can also place your order by phone at 1-800-367-2775. Be sure to take down your order number. Email your digital image(s) to us within THREE days of placing your order to: photo@ballarddesigns.net. Be sure to include your order number in the subject line of your email. Include your name and contact phone number in the body of your message as well.
