How long will it take to receive my art?

Including shipping, your order should be processed and shipped in 10 days. However, if your image requires extensive proofing, the 10-day processing period will begin after you give final approval of your art.

Are there resolution requirements?

The digital photos can be up to 5 megabytes. If we feel that the resolution of your image is too low to print, a customer service representative will contact you.

What is the canvas mounted on?

After printing your photo onto canvas, we wrap it around a high- quality wooden frame crafted in the USA.

Is there hanging hardware included with the canvas print?

All of our canvases come ready to hang and include the necessary hardware. Depending on the size of your canvas print, there will be a hanging wire or saw tooth hanger securely attached.

What is your Return Policy?

Any items that are customized, such as Customer’s Own Print, or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Should you have any further questions please contact us.

What if I don’t have a digital photo?

Unfortunately, we can't accept original photos due to the risk of damage or loss.

Can I choose a size that is not available on your website?

Right now, we can only offer the available sizes on our website.
