Rated 3 out of 5 by BB27 from Good quality but some issues These are nice and thick(!) treads and the pattern is nice. Unfortunately in my application the treads trapped water in the cavities and left faint rust-colored marks on the light cement paint. I had to give them to my neighbor and re-paint my steps. I believe this may have been related to an extreme heat event here in Seattle. The treads also had quite a rubbery smell but it was dissipating after a month. They gripped the paint fairly well but are so thick that they may not be good for older visitors are people with small heels on their shoes.
