You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Fees

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks different in real life I've been wanting this for YEARS and decided this year to FINALLY get it but when I went to pick it up at the store, I was disappointed that it the design on the starburst wasn't as defined...instead of the grooves and 3d effect, it's more like a 1 dimensional flat, metal pieces that's cut out and painted. It's not terrible but for the price, I wanted it to look like it does in the catalog...I decided to pass on it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful But Beautiful design but the part that attaches to the top of tree is too wide and not welded sturdy, in fact it broke off from star. Top heavy so I just set it in the tree until I can figure another way to make it work. I did not return it because it is a unique piece and make the tree look old world but disappointed in overall construction of piece and really it was overpriced for what it is. Starburst tin will bend if not careful.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Way too heavy to work This Venetian Tree Topper is way to heavy to work. I ordered this in October 2022, and we tried to put it on the top of our 9 foot tree, and it’s just too heavy to work. Our tree is very large with sturdy limbs, yet it will not work without risk of falling off the top limb and creating serious damage to our ornaments and hard wood floor beneath. If I were able to return it, I would. I’ve tried using it in other ways as I decorate for Christmas, but it is just too heavy and awkward to use.
