What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads

Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.

BeautifulI bought two of these candlesticks since April and they arrived until July. I don't have a pleasant experience with this store since they never contacted me to tell me that this would take such a long wait. Apart from that I paid for a two-day delivery service and it took 4 days I think they should have returned the shipping money since at the beginning I qualified for free delivery but I wanted it before so I paid for the shipment for two days they had nothing courtesy of me! The chandeliers are very beautiful but they have defects in the iron part, they are not even makes it look as if they were badly placed if you are not so perfectionist you can buy them they are beautiful.

Lovely French Country TouchJust lovely. These sconces add an instant French Country touch to our living room and were just what my room was lacking. These are the same (Aiden Gray) sconces I have found on other sites and they were literally more than half the price. Like a couple other reviewers stated, I did find the gold to be too bright, so rubbed on some dark wax to tone it down a bit. For now, I also removed the tassels as they made it "too much" for the artwork they flank. They are very light (without candles) and I actually hung them with Command strips. Was going to be just to determine placement, but they have stayed tight on the wall for more than a month. (I used two of the 30# strips on each sconce). Very pleased with this purchase, as I have been with all of my Ballard Designs purchases.

Excellent Purchase!Several other reviewers talked about the gold being too shiny, so I was very hesitant to try it. But, much to my surprise it looked more antiqued than I thought and I didn’t have to paint over it or anything. I did remove the tassels though. I have received so many compliments on them. Very very happy with this purchase! Ps, I used tacks to hang them, super lightweight and easy!
