After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Exactly as I anticipatedOverall, this is a great chair. Even the sleeper cushion/pad is pretty comfortable (but I'm a small person - a heavier person may disagree). I got the desert chenille and was concerned it may be too "soft" for upholstering, but I was wrong - it's sturdy and thick and very well-made. I absolutely love this chair! The seat cushion is on the firm side, but I think it just needs some breaking in.

I'm so pleased with this purchaseTwin sleeper I ordered took six weeks to be custom made, but the end result was beyond my expectations. It's top quality, perfectly done and beautiful. The color I picked (blue velvet) is even better in person than the picture or the swatches they sent me. I'm one happy customer.

Upholstered Twin Sleeper is a WinnerI did a lot of research trying to find a quality, custom fabric twin sleeper for the "man cave" in our home. This sleeper, when folded is comfy, the back and pillows plush, and we are getting lots of compliments. It has a a classic enough look to work with our mission furniture and yet softens the room a bit. The process for doing your own fabric was simple and appropriately timed for a custom job. We're also VERY HAPPY to know it was made in America--people just can't complain about the economy if we aren't putting Americans to work. We're looking forward to our next custom fabric purchase with Ballard. Really happy with our purchase!

A very unique solution for small spacesThis is a comfy and attractive piece that functions as a guest bed in our tiny cottage. I was slightly disappointed with my fabric, so be sure to order a sample before committing! The chair itself is wonderful and I have yet to find anything else like it!

Looks great but...Love the chair and the way it looks. I bought this last fall but hadn’t a need for the bed until recently. It seems way more difficult to pull out than it should be. I had a hard time pulling it out when my guests first came and now that I have tried to open it to change the sheets I can’t lift it at all.

Looks great, but terrible mattress!I was excited to receive the twin sleeper as we had a long term guest visiting (staying with us for a few weeks) and I thought this would be the perfect solution! I love the look of the Chocolate twill fabric and it's comfortable to sit on, but the mattress is awful. Instead of using the sleeper, we used an aero mattress for our guest...defeating the purpose of a sleeper sofa. Still, it looks good, but just didn't serve our purposes. When lying on the mattress, you can actually feel the wire springs. So...I suggest buying the sofa without the sleeper element!
