What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads

Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

11' Umbrella Canopy-Stripe Granite/WhiteAfter eight years, it was time to replace my Tuscan Vine Umbrella Canopy, particularly because I changed the exterior color of my home from pale yellow to lovely gray with white trim. Love all the optionsI ordered a black pole and a black canopy. It gives the patio area a much more interesting look than plain old beige and the quality is perfect. Ballard Designs went above and beyond to help when the warehouse accidentally shipped the wrong color. Their customer service was fantastic and they overnighted the correct canopy right away.

Sunshine Yellow - Love it!Love the color and the size was perfect! The only issue I had is that the "replacement" opening wasn't big enough to go over my existing umbrella stand. I had to cut the metal ring and fabric to get it on, so would recommend a different top opening. Perhaps one with velcro to accommodate various size umbrella stands?
