Excellent product and customer service
It can be stressful ordering furniture online and sight unseen. After reading a review about inconsistent finishes, I called customer service and was connected with a product specialist. She made a note on my order to address my concern and I felt comfortable placing the order. Eight chairs arrived well packed and in perfect condition. The finishes all match and they look great around my antique table. I appreciate that Ballard publishes customer reviews as I find them very helpful.

Impossible to match
I ordered 4 sets of chairs-8 chairs total and I could not find 4 chairs that matched. If you need only two chairs, order them they look great. If you need more than that SAVE YOURSELF a massive headache and order something else. See photo
