Rated 1 out of 5 by FLA Gal from DO NOT PURCHASE!!! I bought the entire Tuscan office set and it all came in perfectly! Since I had two filing cabinets, I later ordered the Tuscan Hutch with Shelves - Rubbed Cream. Unfortunately, the sides of the cabinet were "rubbed" clean off - splintering wood, no paint, etc. I called Ballard and they were great with sending two new ones to substitute. Unfortunately, today the new ones came and they have the same problem so I rejected them! Also, NO TOUCH UP PAINT OR PAINT STICK so I can't fix the sides.
