After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Perfect additionI am pleased with everything about the bookcases (bought 2). They arrived in a timely manner, were packed with utmost care, only assembly required was to add the shelves and level the furniture. I needed a very specific size for either side of a double window and to match an office unit I already owned. The Tuscan bookcases fit perfect and matched almost perfectly. I will enjoy the furniture for many years to come. This was my first experience ordering furniture online and it was a very positive experience. I also found the price quite reasonable for the quality of the furniture. I was able to take advantage of an existing sale also.

Great quality - darker than hopedI ordered the flush and the corner Tuscan bookcases to use with three Tuscan bookcases that I ordered 6 years ago. The cases were delivered in perfect condition and are really easy to install and level, and the quality is great. Unfortunately the color of my new bookcases is different than those that I already have; these are a darker brown, more of a mahogany than a traditionally reddish-tinged Tuscan brown. I'm planning on keeping the bookcases and I'll just stain the older ones to match the new ones - but if you're trying to match older Tuscan bookcases you might want to be aware of the color difference.

Adjustable alignment made for perfect appearanceI have five of these in a 130" book wall. My floor, like most, is not perfectly flat. Therefore, I started with the middle case, and using a level, adjusted the feet. Patiently working out to the left and right, adjusting the feet of each case, I have what appears to be a single piece of furniture.

Beautiful and SturdyWe bought two of the center flush bookcases in Tuscan Brown. These are high quality pieces; very sturdy. The brown color is deep and rich (not reddish), the veneer is semi-glossy. They look great in our living room, flanking a big picture window. We have 11' ceilings, and it was very hard to find tall, slender bookcases. The height on these is perfect. Delivery does take 2-3 weeks, so patience is required. But we are very happy with the result.
