After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Beautiful DeskI am in the process of furnishing a new home office and thus far have ordered the Antelope rug (which I also love) and this big beautiful desk. It is the centerpiece of the room under a crystal chandelier and looks so formal and elegant. I needed a lot of file and accessory storage as well as room to spread out on top and this more than meets my requirements. I love the shelves in front for decorative items. The paint is a lovely cream (but not too yellow) and flawlessly applied. There is only minimal distressing around a few edges so it does not come off as a "distressed" piece. I am going to order the glass topper as a separate item to protect the surface. Delivery was quick and went smoothly. I am so happy with it that I am now considering purchasing some other coordinating items.

Great desk for One or TwoWe bought this beautiful desk about a month ago and had to wait a few weeks for it to be delivered. But this treasure has been great to sit at everyday as I work from home. My daughter sits on the other side, after school to work on homework, etc. It fits both of us very well and our computers. So happy to work at this desk on a daily basis.

Beautiful- perfect size for small roomThe desk is beautiful, and the perfect size for my tiny sewing studio. The drawers are roomy. Only one suggestion would be to have an outlet opening for a lamp or other electronic devices in the middle of seating area. The delivery men were also very polite and accommodating.

Everything I hoped it would be!I love, love, LOVE this desk! I ordered it in the ivory color and when it arrived I was beyond pleased! It is built so well, and the color is just what I had hoped it would be. It looks amazing in my office and brightens up the entire space. It's strong and sturdy and a great, solid piece of furniture. Will last me for years to come!

Tuscan double Pedestal DeskGreat desk, gave it a 4 star instead of five because it would be nice to have a long drawer at the knee hole or a pull out shelf for keyboard. Right now it is wasted space. Did not think about it not having one until we started using it.

Good DeskNice looking desk with light distressing and is very much as pictured. It is a great size to spread out paperwork. Assembly was easy but I did have to call customer service to figure out how to remove the drawer which in the end was quite simple. The cream is a very yellow cream color, I would suggest getting a sample if possible. My only complaint would be the drawers- they were very difficult to pull out at first and they must be pushed fully closed, firmly, or they will sit out 1/2"-1" depending.

Lovely, although not exactly what I expectedI've been eyeing this for ages and finally got it. It's a really lovely desk (I got the ivory), and a clever space saver, just perfect for my husband and I to work together.
Just so you know, each pedestal has shelving on one side and drawers on the other side. (I had the erroneous impression that one pedestal had drawers on both sides.)
This means you have 2 ways to arrange the pedestals. One way: one person's side with only drawers (as shown in the product pictures) and the the other person's side with only shelves. Second way: each of you has shelves and drawers.
It is delivered in 3 pieces: 2 pedestals and a table top so that you can arrange to your liking.

Tuscan office setThe desk with its glass top is beautiful. However, although the top is fine, the seams connecting the two lower pedestal cabinets on the sides, bottoms, etc., are not finished very well, many look like they're cracking. I'm waiting for a replacement cabinet, and I'm hoping the cracks in the finish/seams are not as noticeable. This is not a packing but manufacturing issue. The same thing has happened with the four bookcases I ordered. I'm disappointed because this was an expensive purchase and I expected better quality. The company has been very amenable to replacing the damaged/imperfect items but it's a real hassle having to wait weeks for the replacement only to experience the same issue. It would be helpful to be provided with a tube of paint or caulk for the cracks, but again, this is not something that should be done by the consumer at this price point.

issues with desk and deliveryThe desk is okay. Delivery was about 2-3 months after the order, which is fine and commonplace nowadays. The delivery of the full desk was a pain - they delivered 1 pedestal and the top (i.e., we were missing the 2nd pedestal). When my husband called customer support, they made it seem as though we somehow lost the pedestal and they noted there were be no progression or shipment of the 2nd pedestal until they found the 2nd pedestal. This was not our fault that it got lost or not sent. So we had to wait even longer until the rest of the desk was delivered. There was never any update from customer support. You have to assemble it yourself. 1 of the 8 screw holes was not aligned, and my husband had to drill a new hole to make it work. This is frustrating given the cost of this desk. For the 2 bottom drawers that are supposedly built for file folders - you can put file folders in it but the plastic tabs/labels hit the top with standard folders. If they would have made the bottom drawer space just 0.5 cm taller, everything would have worked well. We have 2 other pieces in this collection, which is the main reason we purchased this desk, but in hindsight, we wished we would have chosen something else.

Quality not up to parI love the design of this desk, and it is very solid, but I was disappointed with the quality considering the price. The finish was rubbed off on one corner of the top, and the finish on the top was a bit raised around the edges. One drawer is crooked and some of the hardware was missing. One of the holes was not threaded. I won't exchange it because it was such a long wait to get it, but I'm not sure I'll buy other pieces.

Poor durability.My wife bought this desk for me. The quality of the table top is poor. Despite thoroughly cleaning the glass topper, the wood desk top has multiple scratches and scrapes from placing the glass topper on it. I suppose there were minuscule pieces of debris on the glass top that have scratched the wood surface. The wood top is just too soft. My wife wanted the glass topper to protect the wood surface, but now it looks worse than before I put it on.

Second delivery same imperfections (dents).Desk top delivered originally with imperfections (dents) on each side. Double check the floor model, it did not have these imperfections (dents). Second delivery just arrived and has the same imperfections (dents) on each side.
