The piece is handsome and looks good in my room. It has lots of storage in the cabinet and the bookshelves hold a lot.

I contacted Ballard the day before it was due to arrive and while we did have to reschedule the delivery, they took care of everything without batting an eye. And they even followed through with the shipper... They then gave me a confirmation number and said if I had any problem on the day of the delivery to call Ballard customer service. I spoke to two different Ballard reps on two different occasions (though I can't remember why now I needed to call back) and both were as helpful and polite and friendly as could be. I was very impressed as to the level of customer service, and now with the quality and finish of the beautiful cabinet/hutch/shelves in my dining room. I was a little hesitant to spend the money for this piece, but given my experience, I am now very glad I did and would probably start my furniture shopping first with Ballard again.
