After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Tricia Trellis Rug is Attractive and FunctionalThis rug sits on my screened porch and frames the sitting area beautifully. I got the mocha which blends in with the wood floor and the rattan furniture. It holds its shape and is soft on bare feet, doesn't show dirt, etc. Highly recommend.

Perfect rug for our new sunroom!I love this rug! We just added a sunroom on the back of the house and were looking for an indoor/outdoor rug for the space. This rug fits the bill perfectly. Beautiful rugThis is my 3rd outdoor rug purchase from Ballard Designs. My previous 2 I purchased about 7 years ago, one for my living room and one for our porch. They are of a great quality, very easy to clean, beautiful looking rugs. The color is warm taupe with off white pattern. This 3rd rug is for our uncovered south facing deck. Hopefully it’ll last as long as my previous ones.

Perfect!I bought two of these for the bedroom hallways in our new townhome as it has all wood floors. After 5 months, I bought a third for the outer edge of the family room as there is a sliding door that opens to the area. We have three dogs that run up and down the halls, and these are perfect to keep the dogs from ruining the floors. I do have them held down at the corners to keep them in place!

Durable RugI haven't had this rug very long. So far it is holding up real well. It is durable and I think I'll be able to clean it. I ordered the black so the dirt from my patio won't show. It is longer than I thought it would be. I also bought a pad which I still need to add.

Love this rug!This is the best rug ever! I’ve used it on a covered patio for 4 years. I just bought an identical one for an expansion and I can’t tell the difference. Any traffic dirt can be pressure washed easily. Im thinking of getting one in another color for inside.
