After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.

Beautiful bright treeThe Tremblant LED tree was a wonderful surprise when it arrived because it exceeded my expectations. It now sits on my mantle. It looks exactly like the picture and the lights inside actually light it up very nicely (you can see it from across the room). The material is very expensive looking and this tree blends in with any decor. Can't say enough good things about it.

Great tree, no timerThe tree is very nice, feels quality, was a great color, and the light it gives off is beautiful. Knocking it down one star because it doesn't have a timer. Picking it up twice a day to turn on and off is an inconvenience. I imagine after a year or two the ceramic will start getting dirty from oily hands always touching it. We didn't have it on nearly as much since we always had to pick it up to turn on.

Beautiful but a pain to turn on/offI love this Christmas tree, it's beautiful & will look perfect in my kitchen....but...the on/off switch is under the bottom of the tree and a real pain to turn on/off. Lends itself to breaking. Wish it was designed a little better. Even if it was on a timer, or remote. Would've loved it to be hard wired.

LED lights defectiveI bought a couple of these last year, and the bisque porcelain material is gorgeous. However I had problems with the lights not working dependably and ended up taking the whole lighting mechanisms out of the trees. I thought my mishaps were a fluke and possibly because of sustained damage in shipping, but I see that other buyers have experienced the same issues. For the price, this problem needs to be addressed by Ballard. Recommended with caution if you want to take a chance.
