After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Love, Love, LoveI love this rug! We actually have six of them in various dimensions because they work so beautifully with our heart of pine floors. They hold up well, easily spot cleaned, and add a finished look of neutral color to the room. The trellis design is subtle creating a polished look. They even look great layered under smaller throw rugs. Great investment!

Beautiful and Natural!I bought two of these rugs — one 8x10 for my dining area and another 9x12 for my daughter’s home (living room). Excellent quality at reasonable prices (ordered both on sale). Love the neutral color and texture of this beautiful natural rug — any decorator would love this rug. Would like to find another place in my home for another rug like this — perhaps the bedroom. It would work! Very, very satisfied!

This rug is my new favoriteI bought 4 of these rugs and would like to order another 2 the next time there is a sale. I bought them in taupe and I usually am not happy with anything I buy right away but these did it for me. The taupe color looks absolutely awesome in my kitchen and my hallway & by our sliding doors in the back. They work with everything. At first I thought they felt too rough, but it took me about 48 hours to realize, while not soft, there was something perfect about them. I have vacuumed them after a few weeks, but not because they will ever look dirty, that's not possible with these. No padding needed since they is a rubber-like backing. Order these - you will love them.

Just what I was looking for!Neutral, low profile, durable and looks nice with our light oak floors and teal kitchen cabinets. I bought a rug pad for underneath and have had no issues with slipping. Plus my dog likes it which is really the most important thing :-)

Just what I was looking forI had been eyeing this rug for a while, and, I am so glad I went for it. I have a very traditional dining room set and was looking to offset that a bit with a rug. I was uncertain about using natural fiber. I was afraid that little fibers would be coming up and rolling all over my dark hardwood floors. I tried two wool rugs first, and I just didn't like how they looked. I decided to go ahead and get this one. It's fab! The texture is perfect... the trellis design is subtle enough that it's not distracting. It's very neutral, and tightly woven. No issues with fibers coming off. I love it.

The perfect rug!I'd been looking at this rug for months, going back and forth on whether or not to to get it for my family room. I was very hesitant to order it because I was concerned about the color (didn't want it to be too matchy matchy with my natural furniture tones, or for the pattern to be to overpowering). I finally pulled the trigger and made the purchase--and boy am I pleased! This rug is absolutely beautiful in my family room!!! The color and pattern ended up being just what the room needed to tie the design together. It has a nice low pile, with a finished edge; And while its a tad rough to the touch (like most natural rugs), it is still comfortable enough for my 2-year-old to play on. This is definitely one of the best Ballard purchases I have ever made.

Nailed it!Purchased two for my kitchen. Originally was looking for something a little more unique than a typical sisal, however these are not just a typical sisal. They are definitely a cut above and you can tell! We have 4 kids, a dog and two cats (not declawed) and these are great. They are fine for barefeet and do not leave little sisal pieces on floor - both were concerns of mine prior to purchasing. Back is lined/rubberized and we do not use rug pads and they do not move on our hardwood floors. The pattern is just enough to add a touch of interest without overpowering any decor.

Pretty, versatileVery nice rug. The subtle diamond pattern makes it look a bit fancier than most natural fiber rugs. It doesn't look out of place in the hall next to a formal living room. It's not soft, but feels fine under bare feet. No problems with shedding.
