After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions

my favoritei love this line of rugs. this is my 2nd purchase of the runner. it is in a high traffic area of my home and we wore it out in 8 years, but it is so beautiful that i purchased it again. we have two other sizes of this rug in my home at the front and back entrances. just the perfect neutral and the trellis design steps it up a notch from your regular grass rug style.

My "Go-To" rugI LOVE this rug sooooo much! The color is a nice neutral - not too much on the honey side and not too dark - just a good neutral. I have one at a very busy door into my home as well a runner right in front of my stove and ovens. It wears so well! I have replaced them as they wear out but those are reasonably priced but add a custom look with the diamond pattern.

Trellis Sisal RugThis is our 2nd Trellis Sisal Rug and we love it. It’s served us well in our entryway for years. Doesn’t show wear and grabs any small particles from shoes. Vacuums easily.
Just put hardwood floors throughout and needed a rug in the laundry room which also has garage access. The latex backing keeping it in place too.

Great purchase!This is a beautiful, practical rug. I wanted the look of sisal, but not the thickness or roughness of most natural fiber material. This rug is flat, fairly soft, and looks great in my living room. The trellis design provides texture but doesn’t compete with other patterns in the room. I may buy another!

Total satisfactionI’ve had this rug in my foyer for the last couple of years and it has worn extremely well. My dog has even vomited on the rug and I’ve been able to clean it with just vinegar water and a toothbrush. When I decided to do a runner in my kitchen this was a natural choice. It looks wonderful!

Delivery Status of rug orderThe rug is just fine and I am glad I have it, however, your delivery system is in shambles. I was told it was to be delivered at a certain time and it was recorded that it was and come to find out there was NO delivery of any kind on that day! I called and called to get it straightened out to no avail. Finally they said they were going to deliver it a week later and I said that was not convenient so they made other arrangements and delivered it two days later. For the price of the rug and your company values this was a terrible experience and completely unprofessional. The company was J B Hunt and they are too recognized to have this sort of situation. The young lady whom I spoke to was Kim and she certainly was not representative of this company.

Definitely recommendAfter a lot of looking around I bought this runner for my entryway. The design is subtle and the rug is well made. I especially like that it is bound on all sides, because many of the natural fiber runners are not bound and tend to be wavy on the sides. Definitely recommend.
