You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.

  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

It goes together easily. For two this height and size, it took time to get them leveled/shimmed to seat at the same height. After searching everywhere for industrial bookcases, these are designed best and all they advertise. Highly recommend.

They fit beautifully into the space I had. I purchased two to flank my fireplace. They were very well packed and arrived without any damage. I am extremely pleased with them. I did secure them to the wall with the included straps. I would highly recommend doing that. Overall, I absolutely love them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fits Perfectly! I have really enjoyed having the Toulouse tower in my living room. It is attractive and fits my space exactly as hoped. The quality is good for the most part. The shelves are nicely finished on the top/sides but the bottoms of the upper shelves, which do show, have an inconsistent finish and look rough. This is the only reason for the 4 stars but would not stop me from buying the unit. The little side bars are adjustable which allows you to make them higher if you need support for books, etc., or lower if you do not want them to be as visible.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Toulouse Tower 5 stars for appearance but my husband (an engineer) had to buy and use shims to get it leveled on our already level wood floor and to get it true (to stop wobbling). Luckily found shims that, in conjunction with black permanent marker, aren’t noticeable. Also, we already had Toulouse Wine Bar purchased from Ballard years ago and they changed the looks so it’s not an exact match. We have them across a door opening from each other so I’m telling myself nobody will notice. If they were sitting closer together, I think I’d have to return it. Otherwise, it’s a nice unit that I’m using as a coffee bar plus storage.
