What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

A great addition to my “Global Eclectic” roomThis is a quality piece of furniture with a French Industrial vibe. Very sturdy hardware, real wood shelves. Packaging was exceptional. It took two of us to assemble. Hint: when you unbox it, keep the code label with the pieces (several of the rods look similar), lay them out near its final location. Instructions were clear. We had it assembled in about an hour.

Excellent Quality!This bookcase is very impressive! Assembly is easy - the hardest part is unboxing. I would recommend a sharp, heavy duty box cutter; it will save a lot of time (of course be careful to not damage the furniture). Reading the instructions will save time. I have had so many compliments on this bookcase!!

Fantastic ValueThis is such a great piece for the money. Having shopped and shopped for bookcases and realizing what an investment it is, I chose this product which represented the middle ground in price points for me. Heavy, real wood and sturdy metal construction...the pieces are heavy and built for the long haul. The semi-industrial look is actually very classy and I have full confidence that these pieces will be with me forever.

Beautiful and good qualityI love this bookcase, it's a perfect addition to a room with high ceilings! It's beautiful and sturdy, and fairly easy to assemble (good instructions). I was able to do most of it myself, but it did get a little heavy so I needed help at the end.
