You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

I was concerned that the big boxes might be handled roughly in transit. They weren't, but even if they had been, they would have been okay. Not crazy about the notching of the bottom shelf at the legs, but I saw this before ordering. Happy with the purchase.

The metal leg details are traditional and timeless , which I prefer over the modern look that is saturating the design world at the moment. I subtracted one star because of the cutout of the bottom shelf around the legs.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good value but watch quality. This end table seems to be a very good value for the price; however, I am giving it a three start rating due to the workmanship. I plan on ordering some additional pieces from this collection provided the quality is there. My issue is with the top of the end table where the seams are supposed to come together. It looks as if they weren’t glued and finished properly; I can see the ground when looking down from above the table. I have ordered a good amount of product from Ballard over the years and this is the first significant issue I’ve ever had. Going to try this one again and see how it goes. Returns process and customer service was very helpful and understanding.

We even ordered a sample of the wood prior to ordering to make sure it would match our furniture. The wood stain has a green tinge to it and the legs appear slightly rusted, with an orange hue. Not what we were looking for.

If it’s meant to be rustic, I think they missed the mark. Also, I ordered the matching book shelf and keep getting notices that my shipping is delayed. Very disappointing!
