What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Super cute!I bought medium sized planters in the light green. Really cute and different, however they definitely can't be left out exposed to the elements all year. Material is light weight and not a ceramic. I still really like them and think they're unique. Color is just like the pictures (excuse my Pug in the door:)

Toulon PlanterI have many of these planters, some of which have sat out in the California sun for over 10 years. They do fade but that is what I like about them. They look more like the real Anduze planter pots (which are far heavier) as they become more weathered. I just wish there was a green one.
