Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Got mine in 2012 And still have it. I see there haven't been many reviews and figured I should throw in my five cents. I like this tiered basket!! It's big and useful and holds masses of stuff. I used to have it in a San Francisco kitchen, which is typically smaller than many - and it had a great presence. I'm now in a larger suburban home and have the piece parked in the laundry room. Vertical storage is simply so efficient!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatile, works great! I don't understand why people don't like this item. It's versatile and assembles as * 3-tier basket, or * 2-tier basket (as shown on p. 96 of their Late Fall 2013 catalog). I love mine. The dimensions given are accurate. Mine is not lopsided.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great as a fruit basket I purchased this as a fruit basket for our family. I don't have a lot of counter space, so I needed something more vertical and this is perfect! All three baskets are big/deep enough to hold lots of fruit, and it matches my rustic décor. I know another reviewer was disappointed at the height (29 inches), but the description was clear that this item is quite tall. These baskets are not inexpensive, but this items has seen every penny in daily use by my family.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from quite versatile, good for lighter items This tiered basket was easy to set up, even for a non-mechanically-inclined type like me, thanks to the clearly and thoroughly written instructions. Bravo! The size is a smaller scale than I had thought it would be, but that's fine for my needs. I'm using it as a garden and craft catch-all, and later, I can envision putting it in a guest bath as a neat and decorative purposeful item. Lots of options here! It's a wee bit lopsided, but not bad enough for me to return it, as I haven't seen this item at other retailers, online or in physical stores. It's such a petite and pretty, rolling accoutrement to the crafting room, bedroom, bathroom, closet, kitchen, or in a sunroom. Worth the purchase! I'm glad I got put on the mailing list of Ballard Designs, though unsolicited, as I will likely be back to buy more of their fun and attractive products!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poorly made I bought this despite the reviews that said that it was wobbly and crooked. Mine was indeed wobbly and crooked. I thought maybe I could tinker with it, but there are two many pieces that are bent or mangled in some way. Also, it is huge. I had read that too, but wanted to see it for myself. Not practical at all. And definitely not worthy of the price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Worth The Money Workmanship is very shoddy. Places on the baskets that were never painted. The handle at the top is not straight and cannot be straightened. Not worthy of the Ballard Designs quality merchandise. So disappointed!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from IT'S MASSIVE I got this and tried to put it together but the baskets were lopsided and it was huge!! I was going to put it on my island because I have a large island and it overwhelmed the island. It would have been perfect if it was just two tiered. And the big handle at the top just makes it too high for my house. I think the picture is a bit deceiving, makes it look smaller than it really is.
