After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Classy & ChicLast year I bought these shams in navy for use from fall through winter. Recently I purchased another set (along w. another duvet cover) in the lighter blue for use from spring through summer. The shams are very sturdy. I say that as I wrestle them on and off heavy buckwheat filled pillows for laundering. (We use these pillows for support when reading or watching TV in bed + our cocker spaniel loves to sleep on them). So far the stitching and color has held.

Second Thadie WC purchaseBeautiful print and color! I have the duvet cover in navy and purchase the green/cream euro shams from my guest room. I wish the fabric was a bit stiffer, but I think a fuller pillow would fill out the sham and solve that. I love it!

Lovely lightweight shamsI ordered 2 Thandie shams in Spa colorway. These are beautiful well-made shams although the fabric is less substantial than expected and I'm unsure how they'll stand up to laundering. Lovely color and pattern though!

Thandie pillow shams very disappointing.The fabric is not one that you would want to lay your face against, or even sleep on. I have washed them 3 times to remove the odor and to soften them with little success. I now wish I had returned them, but I had waited sooo long to receive them and had paid sooo much to ship them. I will not be buying from Ballard again.
