What To Expect For Truck Deliveries


  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

The only issue is the shade is difficult to fit over the bulb. And when putting the shade on, the gold plating came off of the metal casing that holds the shade. It is not noticeable unless one was to go up and look inside of the lamp.

The harp was too thick to slide into the channels so I will have to buy one and find a specialty light bulb because I don't want this sweet little lamp to have the harsh light of a LED and I have to buy a shade. Not worth the price and hassle.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Problem with harp The overall quality of the lamp is fair. The base was fine, but because the harp is so short it's impossible to use a standard size light bulb. The space between the top of the piece you screw the bulb into to the underside of the top of the harp is too short. I spent quiet a bit of time shopping for a short bulb and finally discovered a ceiling fan light bulb (at Lowe's) is the only one that fits! The problem with this is that it's a 3-way lamp and the ceiling fan bulb is not 3-way. So that feature is unuseable. I didn't want to spend the time calling lamp parts suppliers to search for a "short" bulb; very aggravating.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Charming but completely dysfunctional lamp I just received this and am kicking myself for not reading the reviews first--and for throwing away the packing materials before I actually tried to put a lightbulb in the socket. Those commenting about the harp being too small--too short--are correct. I have no idea how others are making it work. You simply cannot fit a standard sized bulb in the socket underneath the harp. The quality and finish of the lap and shade are otherwise good--very charming--and I was really looking forward to using this lamp and now am not sure what can be done with it.
