We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). All products are guaranteed from defects for a full year.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A perfect stool for my dressing table This stool is very well made. The seat swivels smoothly on a ring of ball bearings. The slip cover fits perfectly and looks upholstered. The fabric quality is wonderful. We are so pleased with this stool that we have ordered another one to use at a built-in kitchen desk.

The only suggestion I have is an option for felt covers on the bottom of the legs. The legs are squared and have a round plastic cover. But, overall...exceeded my expectations! Thanks

The construction is solid, the swivel is nice and smooth, and it is the perfect size. The slipcover looks lovely. It does come untucked from the back of the seat cushion which can look sloppy, but one quick tuck with your hand and it looks nice again. I also love that I can take the slipcover off and wash it. I am planning on getting the slipcovers monogrammed on the back with each of their initials. It is a great chair for the price.

My husband didn't know if he'd like it from the catalog photo, but now says it looks really nice! The cushion is very comfortable -- not too soft and not too firm -- just right. One thing to note...when we were shopping, the seat height listed on the website was different than the catalog. We took the chance and it is perfect for the standard make-up vanity height. I know I'll keep this for years...and can simply get a new slip cover if I need a change.

I have been looking for this type and size of vanity stool for many months, not being able to find exactly what I wanted......until I saw this one in the catolog. I like the size of this stool......not too big....not too small. It fits underneath my vanity nicely, and I love the fact that it swivels. The removable slipcover is a good feature, although it doesn't tuck into the back of the stool seat like I want, making the fit a little less than the tight, neat look that I'd like. I do like this product, though, and I'd recommend it to anyone who is looking for something like this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's perfect! I really like the fact that the slipcover can be removed for cleaning. You can also purchase other slipcovers if you want to change things up. The swivel feature is nice to have. It's also sturdy.
