The free sample was helpful to guide our purchase decision. As recommended, we purchased a rug pad for the 8 x10' rug, but used a less expensive vendor for the pad. Overall, very happy with the purchase and prompt delivery.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Iido from Old and faded Poor quality I got this on clearance sale which meant I couldn’t return it. It was still quite expensive even at a sale price. They sent an old worn out and faded rug. I understand there may be some discoloration with some rugs but what I got was probably a return and used one. It’s a shame that they would send such product for the price I paid. The picture online looks nice with bright color, what I got is an ugly faded washed out color. One half of the rug is discolored, it’s not pretty at all! It’s an eye sore! It turned out to be not as shown online , disappointing that Ballard would sell such bad quality rug.
