Rated 5 out of 5 by jenniferS411 from Very thick, good quality, looks sharp This mat arrived a week ago and I put it on the front stoop immediately. So far, it's working beautifully. A little shedding, but it's new so I'd expect that. The black is really dark and the initial (monogram) matches in color. No bleeding of dye and everything is straight and true on the mat (my monogram and the stripe are all in line properly). What I like best is the thickness of this mat. It will not wear out or look cheap anytime soon, I believe. But I have had to get used to it because it's thick enough I've tripped over it once already! I would definitely buy this again - I'm very happy with it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by STalley from Great mat, poor customization Quality of the mat is great - very thick with a nice weight to it. Execution of the monogram was disappointing though. The letters look like they are slightly different font sizes, and the ampersand is distorted. Overall poor execution for such an expensive doormat.

So I didn’t know about the issues until after the return period (when I was at her house and saw the disaster) so they wouldn’t take it back. It sheds horribly, even after many months. Looks bad and the debris it creates makes it useless and unsightly. Do NOT buy this.
