Banquette seat cushion
Comfortable and easy to clean! Love the dark gray color as well. Goes with just about everything.

Great Pillows!
Beautiful material. I also purchased the insert and it's very comfortable. The color varies depending on the lighting. I purchased to match gray/aqua walls and they look great most of the time, but can sometimes look more green.

Construction
Does not completely but up to the pieces on either side, which doesn’t matter if you’re using cushions. If you’re not using cushions, it’s a little unsightly if you’re looking directly at the corner.

Good
The cushion is quite comfortable and the color is very similar to what is shown online. However it would be great if you could remove the fabric cover to wash it.

Pretty, but pricey…
Sturdy fabric, rich color tone (navy)…pricey, and for this reason 4 stars.

Disappointed With Cushions
Nice fabric, color exactly as shown. The 4” box (described as 5”) does not provide much cushioning against the hard surface of the Breton bench seat. I am 5 foot eight and 135 pounds. I sink right down to the hard wood seat of the bench. Extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Additionally, I sit too low at the standard height table. I’m tempted to use a booster seat to bring me up. (Remember, I’m 5‘8“).

It’s a cushion
It’s a cushion. Personally I think it looks and feels nice but not a great value for the steep price. If I had thought of it, I would have just had cushions made locally.

Average
I guess Ballard stopped making the long back cushions because they weren’t very supportive. I mixed the older back version with a couple of the newer back pillows. Since the inserts are feather, they mold to your back and help the comfort factor a lot. My 3-star rating is still because the overall effect is just average for comfort.

Average cushions
We actually purchased the banquette and cushions last year and ordered this as a replacement. They just don’t provide support and they didn’t hold up well even though they are sunbrella fabric. I think this dark gray will do better and this seat cushion is a bit more firm than the last, but overall, for the price, these are just average

Cushion is not firm
The cushion is too thick and squishy. Makes the seat too high.

Foam is cushion sinks too much
I got the cushions to go with a Ballard bench and wow am I disappointed. I sink into the cushion and now my very expensive dining table and Ballard bench are basically useless. I will have to pay for foam replacement in the cushion (more $$$) in order to use the bench seat. The fabric is fine, but wow - the cushion is not worth the money and I'm shocked that Ballard is selling this. It will ruin their reputation.

Needs better padding’s d support
The pad is not firm, it sinks and makes bench to low for dining table. Needs better foam/support. Used with Ballard wicker dining bench and dining table is at chest of 5’8 adult

Don’t Buy Cushions
This cushion is way below Ballard’s standards. I have ordered many things and have been pleased. The foam in the cushion is too soft, therefore it looked wrinkled and misshapen out of the box. I also ordered a 19” cushion for corner bench. Both are supposed to be gray, but they don’t match. Fabric on small cushion is darker. I will return both cushions. Benches are great although built too low for a standard table. Will have a custom cushion made with sturdy deeper foam to hopefully raise seating height. I do not recommend the ready made cushions.

Poor Quality Banquet Seat from
Banquet Seat Cushion
Poor quality foam and filling for the price. After seating on it, it does not feel sturdy enough. Bullard Designs needs to either reduce the price or make a better product.

Not okay
Be prepared to have to double up or sit on a phone book! These cushions are not firm enough, and you will sink right to the bottom and feel like a 4-yr-old - too short for the adult table. I have Ballard outdoor furniture (Amalfi) on my patio and Ballard wicker on my screen porch, and the cushions on those products are excellent. Ballard needs to make their cushions for banquette seating from a different quality foam!

HELP!!
We bought the Rosalind Wicker Banquette which we absolutely adore. And we got the 3 piece cushion set to go with it which I am so disappointed with. The Rosalind sits 14” off the floor. The cushions are 4” thick. All good, right? No! For whatever reason the cushions do NOT hold their shape. I’m 5’8” and weigh about 132 lbs. when I sit at the table, it’s like I’m a kid and need a pillow underneath me to be at dining height. This is ridiculous. Does ANYONE have any idea on how to fix this outside of getting cushions made by someone else? These were not inexpensive.
