What To Expect For Truck Deliveries


  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Only issue - monogram colors must be more clearly defined. The red monogram thread color is really much brighter in person than I expected. It works, but not as well as it would have if it was less bright.

I purchased the lavender linen pillow with purple monogram even though the pillow image on the website looked gray- I thought it was probably a bad picture but that wasn't the case. The pillow I received is of decent quality but the 'Lavender' color is in fact a faded dove grey and the monogram looks black. It doesn't match the room at all. Since its 'non returnable' I'll store it away and hope to find a way to use it in the future (and look elsewhere for a true lavender pillow).

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TERRIBLE purchase I've been updating our master bedroom, and this SK pillow was the last item I was waiting on to complete the new bedding look. I was so excited, right up until I saw it. Where to start? The material looks like thick, coarsely woven polyester (think 1970's and leisure suits) - nothing like the linen I was expecting. The embroidery color on the white linen was only available in cream. It turned out be sickly, faded yellow and is so pale you can't see it from a foot away. The monogram (S) doesn't remotely resemble a letter. It looks like a treble clef, and the zipper on the bottom was the only indication which way was up on it. And to top it off, the monogram isn't centered on the cover. I didn't order the insert because I have a very nice down insert the size the cover was SUPPOSED to be. It is so much too small for the insert that it doesn't even zip. Now I have to decide whether to throw good money after bad to purchase an insert for this turkey. I'm trying to decide if there's some place I'm not too embarassed to use it. It certainly won't be in the MBR. DO NOT waste your $$ on this terrible product. It certainly isn't what I was expecting as a long time Ballard customer.
