The workmanship is great, the weight of the linen substantial, and the colors spot on. I ordered the swatches before ordering the pillow covers to be sure the colors were good in my living room. I always recommend doing this when possible. I’m giving 5 star because the covers are great but if I had ordered the down inserts the rating would be reduced to a 3. I have other pillows from Ballard that I ordered the down insert and they aren’t good. They are not supportive and shed feathers too readily. I purchased down inserts from elsewhere that are amazing and replaced all of my Ballard down inserts which I’ve had less than a year.

The linen weave is tight so they look substantial. Had them monogrammed with mint green and the colors are very soothing.
