The measurement was true, and the panels are evenly sewn so they perfectly touch the floor. I had to think twice about the price, but I really think these panels are a great value. Rated 5 out of 5 by Matthew Sco from Beautiful quality; heavy and lined. These lined drapes are heavy and have weights in the bottom so they hang well. They feel like a linen/canvas texture and the back lining is in white. A great alternative if you don't want the "heavy" feeling of velvet.
