If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's where our "Love It or Send It Back" policy comes in. If you're dissatisfied with your Ballard purchase for any reason, you can return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or full refund* (excluding Shipping & Processing fees).

You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

That's great customer service in my book. And on top of that, I couldn't be more happier with my puchase. This product is of great quality. It arrived tightly packaged and well protected during shipment. It is a beautiful set of sunburst mirrors that establishes class to an otherwise average-looking guest room. The three mirrors go well with the wrought iron and antique gold headboard in the room. I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase and I plan to purchase another set soon for my own bedroom. You cannot go wrong with this one.

They are versatile because of their size and have impact when hung together as a group, offset or in a straight line. Photograph is a very good representation of the actual product. The inset hole for hanging allows the mirror to hang perfectly flat against the wall, so they work especially well if you can see them from the side. Another great product from Ballard Designs!

I did not have alot of space between the top of my couch and some high set awning windows and this fit the bill. Quality is good and the finish is kind of antique looking. The gold paint has a distressed burnished look. Overall very happy with all the mirrors from this collection.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they look just a touch prefabricated (which they are) and ever so slightly plastic.

Speaking of hanging, wish there was a better type of hanging hole on items like these. My daughter managed to hang them beautifully, but it's a challenge!

The quality of workmanship seems a bit better on this set than on the others. These are clever and unpredictable accents that capture the look of a vintage gold finish fairly well. If your tempted to try one of SK's mirrors, start here and you won't be disappointed.
