What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Perfect oversized coffee tableI have a rather large living room with an expensive sectional. We needed something with the right scale and heft. This is perfect and came very well packed. Not a scratch on it. The base and top are separate so you will put that together. It is quite heavy to carry so be prepared 2 people at least. I love the open legs so it doesn't feel too heavy while also being large. Very sturdy and well made. Definitely check the specs because it is indeed large but its perfect in my space.One of the best purchases from Ballard.

It’s beautifulThis table looked exactly like another I saw online, but cost significantly less. It exceeded my expectations in every way. It looks stunning in my living room and ties the look together perfectly. It is a solid, heavy piece. It was shipped without the base, but customer service was very easy to work with, and I had the missing base within a week. I was nervous to order the table initially because at the time it had no reviews, so I’m hoping this helps others!

Love this table!I never write reviews, but this table is so great that I’m making an exception! I had been looking for a 48” square coffee table for a while, but couldn’t find anything for under $1500. Then I came across this table…it’s perfect. The design would work in either modern or traditional decor. The medium wood tone is cool and blends well with my light floors. It is solid wood (no veneers), sturdy, and was easy to put together. For the price, you can’t beat it. I am so happy I purchased this table.

LOVELY TABLE WITH CRACKS IN THE TOP PIECEThe arrival of this lovely table was a disappointment. After having waited for MONTHS for its delivery, I was disappointed to see multiple cracks in the top surface. And it's clear that manufacturer made an effort to conceal them with some sort of adhesive or resin product. Unfortunately, I was in desperate need of the table as we had a houseful of guests arriving within a few days of its arrival. So I am stuck with a flawed table. Other than the obvious defects, it is a very nice table. It appears to be well made (again...except for the cracks) and is substantial.
