Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.

  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

It is in a covered California room so we don't anticipate issues with wear from being out in the elements. Seems like a nice, solid piece of quality furniture and was easy to coordinate with our other patio furniture. A clean, simple style.

Also the top is blue not gray as shown in picture. Thankfully it worked for porch because I would hate to have to mail it back. Easy to put together by one person.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Think twice! AGREE with the reviews about stains on the top. Shipped to store and had box opened to inspect before taking. Found a round spot that looked like an oil spot on the tabletop. Employees tried to clean it off and would not remove. The second table delivered to home. Tabletop is ok. However, after reading reviews and my first experience with stain that would not remove, I am going to the paint store to see if I can find a sealer for the top to prevent stains which I know will be inevitable. This a table for gathering on a screen porch and drink glasses and food will be served using this table. Was told when I went to collect the first stained table top that sealing it would negate any warranty. Not quite sure how this will turn out with applying a sealer...darker color, dry properly. This is extremely heavy and takes two to lift the box. So repackaging for a pick, if you find a stain or wish to return because of stains is an BIG issue. BUYER BEWARE!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Horrible Top I ordered the SK Orleans side and coffee table. I just thought you should know how terrible the top surface is. It is horribly porous! It needs to be sealed or something! For an outdoor table it is very poor quality and is already stained from just sunscreen over spray! It absorbs everything and will stain! If food spills or drinks are placed without coasters it stains! So disappointed!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Easily stains I love the look of the table, however, it stains easily. The first day we used it, there were multiple rings set through the concrete top that I cannot remove. The rings came from setting sunblock down that had water on the bottom and from my son setting his bottled water down. I am disappointed that I have only had the table for a couple months and it already looks dirty. If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't purchase the table.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Think twice I loved the look of this table, but within one week of it being under our pergola covered deck, I went outside to find the top covered in stains. No clue where they came from or what it possibly could've been. I used soap and water (as the sales associate recommended) and it actually made it worse, as it smeared it. I would think twice before purchasing this table.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cracks in the table We love the look of the table but left it outside under a cover and off the ground for the winter. Once we pulled the cover off for the spring, we found two cracks in the table. Why?? The table is not even a year old. Not the best choice.
