Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Standard Shipping

Smaller items are shipped via standard ground service. In-stock items will generally arrive in 3-7 business days.

Some bulky or heavy items have an additional $20-$40/item oversized handling fee.

Please note: Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together. Allow three additional days if your order includes personalized items.

How do you calculate standard shipping charges?

Orders under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value. Orders $200.01+ will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

*Orders placed in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands will have additional costs.

Expedited Shipping

For faster delivery and additional fee, we offer Next Business Day and Two Business Day express service. Express orders received by 4 pm EST are shipped the same day.

Expedited Delivery Charges (for orders under 10 lbs.)

For expedited delivery items over 10 lbs., additional charges will be reflected at checkout.

Can I pick up items from your store?

Sure. With Ship to Store delivery, you can purchase qualified items* online and have them sent to your closest retail store to pick-up. We’ll take care of the shipping costs. Click Here to find a store near you.

Truck Delivery

Larger items are delivered via a truck delivery partner and will generally be available for delivery 2-3 weeks after shipping.

Please note: We provide two options for Truck delivery service, Threshold and In-Home. See below for specifics.

All items delivered by Truck Delivery- Threshold will be charged an additional freight delivery fee of $20-$40/item. You may upgrade your delivery experience to our In-Home Truck Delivery at your discretion for an additional $35 per item in addition to any other freight delivery fees. See In-Home Truck Delivery information below.

Threshold Truck Delivery

Items are unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage, or covered area of your choice. If the home is a multi-dwelling building, the items will be delivered inside the residence. No assembly is included. Packaging removal is available by upgrading to “In-Home” Truck Delivery. Please note: All items delivered by Threshold Truck Delivery will be charged an additional freight delivery fee of $40/item.

Items designated for Truck Delivery may be upgraded to our In-Home Truck Delivery service at your discretion for an additional $35 per item in addition to any other freight delivery fees. See In-Home Truck Delivery below.

In-Home Truck Delivery Recommended

On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery. Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery. With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed. Assembly is not included.

Truck Delivery Scheduling

After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4hour window for your delivery. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, narrow roads, restricted delivery times, gated entrances, proof of insurance requirements, multiple flights of stairs and service elevator restrictions. It's important to ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.

What to expect for Delivery

On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Accepting your Delivery

Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

I have two of them, one is doing better than the other one. It was recommend I hang the rug -- I may try this. But for a 9' rug, this is difficult. I hope eventually it will lay totally flat.

Love the new look in the high traffic room. It has been down about two months and easy to vacuum. I would recommend this to anyone, love natural fibers.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Does not lay flat - wouldn't reorder I bought this rug because I loved the color and weave and did not want a canvas border that is so common on natural fiber rugs. I wish I had listened to the other reviewers. As many have mentioned, the rug does not lie flat and has waves/ripples throughout. I currently have my entire collection of coffee table books on the rug to try and tame the waves and it is helping but I don't know if it will ever be perfectly flat. I am hopeful as I don't want to have to return.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Thick and Wavy Purchased this runner for a powder room and it's going back. Color is a really nice natural - not orangey at all, like so many. There were 2 main problems with it though. It was much thicker in person than the picture looks (door swing barely cleared it if you swung it JUSTTTTT right). And as many other reviewers mention, it also has waves throughout that don't seem like just a "settling in" wave. The corners flattened out pretty quickly with a couple heavy books on each, but the binding forces the wave throughout the rug and won't allow it to straighten.

Also around the edges there is some residual sticky gum that won’t come off and only gets darker with walking on it. I shall return this even though the color and weave couldn’t be nicer.

The fibers in one of the loops was also sticking straight up which I would expect after some wear but not brand new. It is being returned.

I stacked heavy books on it to no avail. I liked the look of it but is too expensive to keep with obvious issues. Grateful Ballard has a good return policy. Disappointed.
