What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Stunning and Quality Entryway RugI spent months looking for an entryway rug that fit my slightly odd dimensions (just under 5x7), was not black, was low profile so my door would open, and stain resistant. This rug hit all those requirements and is stunning to look at. Subtle enough that it doesn’t stand out too much and blends with my light wood floors, but still adds nice design. It’s high quality and has stood up the last month or so exceptionally well to dirty shoes and a dog. Highly recommend. I couldn’t put a pad underneath due to not having door clearance but used those sticky rug corner things to hold down.

Herringbone rugI bought this rug to protect the carpet from a walkway between the kitchen and living room. It’s thin and stiff feeling, definitely not soft and plush. So far I’m happy with it and is wearing well but it’s just me and my husband and no pets. The herring bone design goes well with an upholstered leaf patterned ottoman.

Great easy care rug!This rug wasn’t initially my favorite but once it completely flattened out after a few days, I now love it. It doesn’t look like an outdoor rug and yet the ease of cleaning it proves that it wears like one. The lack of any shedding is key to my happiness. I use hook and loop rug corner grippers to keep the rug from sliding on my hardwood and don’t bother with a rug pad because I am not concerned with plushness.
