Rated 4 out of 5 by StacyM from Gorgeous and Sturdy but Concerned about Cushions. It is sturdy and gorgeous. However the cushion are not a sunbrella fabric and are very white so I am anticipating for the cushion to not last very long. I hope I’m wrong.

We have a covered 3 sided screen porch so for the most part it is protected from the elements. However, the cushions get very dusty and dirty and since it is spot clean only that is a down side. I wish they would have used sunbrella fabric so the cushions would be easier to clean. We will have to replace the cushions probably by next season. One year isn’t enough for the price we paid. Hopefully Ballard will fix this. We do love the look of the furniture and we have gotten several compliments.

Rated 3 out of 5 by 303DEN from Comfy but fabric stains not worth the hassle We have the full Harbour set for our outdoor living and dining spaces. The couch and chairs + ottomans are really comfortable with deep, sturdy cushions. The fabric is horrible. It attracts the smallest of dirt particles and is constantly dirty. The 303 cleaner they recommend does a fantastic job of getting the cushions clean, but even with protectant that only lasts a day or two. I would have gladly paid more for Sunbrella fabric as I will have to get some sort of covers for these that can actually withstand outdoor covered patio elements. For the price, I would recommend skipping this set and upgrading to an option with Sunbrella.
