Beautiful design, luxurious comfort!
Beautiful design! Simple…elegant…comfortable! Love the soft neutral color of frame and cushions. The overall height is perfect and the chair depth allows for you to curl up and enjoy. With the sale, the price was just right for the level of comfort when compared to other makers. Hoping they are durable because I’m looking forward to enjoying them for years to come.

Great quality and design! Love them. I bought 2 of this chairs and the sofa. The price is great as well.
One of them came damaged and was picked up next day and a new one sent right away! Excellent customer service in store and on the phone!!

Expensive replacement cushion
I bought the Miles Redd chairs with the same cushion as this comes with. Within 3 months, it was moldy under a covered porch. I am interested in the Susan Kaiser chairs here, but I don’t want to pay a fortune for replacement cushions.

The cushions are dirt magnets
We purchased 2 chairs and an ottoman about a month ago. Followed instructions on how to clean the cushions as they seem to attract all sorts of dirt. The stains do not come out. They are ivory and they look terrible. I haven't had this problem with outdoor cushions before. Always been able to keep them clean.
