What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

As PicturedThis door mat is huge (we ordered the largest size) and fits my double door entry very well. The customization was as requested and the mat looks exactly as pictured. It does seem to be shedding quite a bit in the first months but I'm not sure if that's normal for this type of mat. It appears to take a while to dry once wet, and that's in the dry Arizona summer, so not sure what it might do in more humid climates. Overall, very pleased with this purchase.

Stays in placeI like the rubber bottom which helps prevent slipping. Our previous coir mat (not from Ballard) did not have a backing and eventually pieces broke off in square chunks.
The larger size of this mat is nice and does not look skimpy at our front entrance.
Mat is relatively thin.
Thought the price was on the high side.

good for the priceproduct is as described. i held back one star for two reasons (1) we've had the mat in place for less than a month and it actually doesn't see much traffic so i'm not sure how it will wear in time and (2) it sheds like crazy!! no matter how many times i vacuum the rug, it still sheds...annoying, but definitely something i can live with being that it is priced at close to half of what competitors charge for a similar product.

The mat looks great but.....It continues to shed. Most door mats are used more on one side than the other. The mat is already starting to show wear on the side that is used the most often. Ordinarily I would just change it to the other side but since it is personalized that makes it hard to do.
I do love the look of it.

Love the look, terrible wear!In less than 6 months of use, this mat needs replacing. Our last name in no longer even visible and the greek key is very worn too. So disappointing, since we waited an extra long time to receive it. I expect better quality from BD!!

Excellent customer service - bad rugI have had this rug for 3 months now and it is starting to deteriorate. I bought the 72" for my front door (set of two doors) that we barely use. The fibers are coming apart and I am constantly sweeping my front floors when the fibers are tracked inside. Also, our name is wearing off. I have attached a picture.
I called customer service and they are allowing me to send the rug back for a store credit. This is really all I could ask for since it has been over 90 days. I will continue to do business with this company.
Don't waste your time with this rug!!

Poor qualityIt snowed out recently and my door mat had some snow on it. When I hit the rug to simply get the snow off of it, my hand went right through it! I am not a large person and not very strong so I was shocked how easily my hand went right through it! It's too bad because the rug looks nice but the quality is terrible. I just received it 2 weeks ago and now will have to be thrown away.
