The description was somewhat misleading, and even after calling to get more specific details, I was wondering whether is would be substantial enough for my use, as it was made of aluminum. It is quite substantial and will work so well! The burnished gold color is beautiful and the lines are quite nice. I have been looking for a long time for just the perfect item to complete our mantel, and this is definitely it—thank you Ballard!
