After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.

love them, but they've changed!I keep coming back for these! I purchased my first set of these 5 or 6 years ago. I've also picked up a few over the years at outlet stores. Recently, I purchased another set of them to add to my collection. I was surprised at the changes... For one, the finish is much nicer. The "original" first versions were a little more matte and chalky. Now, the finish feels similar, a little smoother (and looks similar from a distance), but is a little more satin-y in finish and look. They still have that beautiful bisque look, but a little more "glow-y". While NONE of these in the current set open, 2 of them in the original set DID years ago... (form 2 and 4 had lids that removed). You can see that in some of the original styling pictures from the antlers I believe. That was always nice for arrangements, branches, etc to add height to the groupings. So I was shocked when I got these and those styles no longer open. They look exactly the same though. Actually, to get picky, form 2 looks a bit different. The little point at the top used to be very small and pointed and formed, whereas now it's a little fatter. So you can see the difference side by side. Wish they would have kept that, and the opening functionality of the 2 forms. But still a 5 star rating because they've really improved the finish of them... and, well, I'm still buying them and loving them and despite the changes, will probably add more over the years.

Hard to find piecesI was so glad to find these, love the shapes. I was doing a Large white bookcase with just these vases. Unfortunately the cream is more a dirty taupe color. I did see these in the store prior to ordering 10 of the. And the ones received are off in color. Unfortunately I have to send back. They are great if you can work with the color

Beautiful sculptural accentsI really love these. They're a nice creamy neutral and have gorgeous, curvy sculpture to them. The only reason I took off a star is that I received 2 of the same shape (I had ordered one of each) and one had some dark fingerprints on it that I attempted to clean off, which was difficult because the finish is fairly matte/rough. It's hard enough to get delivery these days, so I'm not going to bother trying to exchange, but I was a bit disappointed with that.

Beautiful but lamp slip 3 is higher than 14 1/4"I purchased lamp slip II which is listed as 14 1/4” high and it fits in my bookcase perfectly. I assumed that the lamp slip III which is also listed as 14 1/4” high would fit but it actually measures closer to 14 1/2” so it won't fit as I had planned. I contacted customer service and they replied within a few days. The lamp slip is so are beautiful rather than return it I’m going to find another place to use it in my home.

Really pretty.....I love these...I bought three of them and will probably buy two more to really create that "collection" look. The color is off-white....it approaches a beige/gray in its tone and has kind of a plaster look to them except for the color. I really wanted a snow white color, so I painted mine with white chalk paint and they look great....the finish is still matte but the color is what I was looking for. I'm very happy with the purchase. I would have given 5 stars but I think they are a little pricey, especially when you add shipping charges to them.

Pretty but NOT functional...I looked forward to receiving my Form 3 jar- somehow I missed an important detail! It is not a true 'Jar' but a form with a lid that does not come off! Ok, i may not be ad savvy as most but I truely missed this in the description! I may keep it any way and display it from a distance. Pretty shape.

Sloppy workmanship ruins it all!I bought the two largest. One has a very visible bubble on the side, the other a dent in the top. The one with the dent has a piece of hair or strands of thread.
