After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions

Small but perfectI wanted to find a small tree for our front room and this fit the bill … loved the little lights and put the smallest golf bulbs all over. Very sweet. Bigger tree was in the living room. I always felt sad the the front room ( nearest the kitchen ) had not tree😢but now I love to be in that room.

Perfect tabletop tree!I bought this tree to surprise my mom. She had an old tabletop tree and last year the lights went out. I had previously purchased a SK tabletop tree so knew the quality is excellent and that she would like it. She was absolutely thrilled. It looks so realistic and is simply perfect on top of the cabinet next to her fireplace. Now my sister wants one!

Beautiful tree!I purchased the 3' tree and put it on the buffet in my dining room - it is so beautiful and it looks so real! I didn't even put ornaments on it - it looks perfect just the way it is. The burlap base is heavy and does a great job of giving it a bit of a rustic look.

Excellent quality tree!I LOVE this tree! The quality is fantastic and looks mighty real!! Super easy to put together and the lighting is great. I got the 4’ and it is perfect for me and my space. I no longer want a full sized tree so this fits. I use my small essential table and place it on top. When the season is over, the tree and the table get folded up and stored easily away until next year.

Wonderful Small TreeI just received my 3' tree today, it is so sweet! Packaged very well. You need to spend some time to straighten the branches and do the "fluffing", instructions are enclosed. Although the base is wrapped in burlap, I inserted my tree in a ceramic pot, the result is an adorable small tree. Very happy with this purchase.

Beautiful tree - lousy standThis tree is beautiful. I bought the 3’. My friend thought it was a real tree. The branches have more than one type of leaves. Really well done.
The stand leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion. It would be nice if the stand was more festive or if Ballard offered a woven basket or urn to put the base in. Also I ordered mini ornaments from Grandin Road which work beautifully. Too bad Ballard doesn’t offer this and other things to spruce up the tree

Love a Frazer FirI bought the 4’ and though the base (which is fragile, btw) would not fit in existing blue and white pot, I actually decided to elevate it. I spent some time fluffing and loved the breathing room to hang my ornaments. The lights are a warm white, not cool, which is another reason I bought it.

Absolutely gorgeousI bought bought the 3ft and 4ft trees. Right out of the box it was easy to assemble, very soft. Fluffed up very nice. Can’t wait to use them at Christmas. The 3ft tree is going in an antique trunk in my dining room and 4ft tree is going on top of a chippy old wicker table in my cottage style living room. Beautiful trees you won’t be disappointed! Worth the money!

Lovely Small Tree!This is a lovely small tree. I put mine on my entry table and it looks so nice there. It’s well made, with pretty clear lights and looks great left without decorations or would be perfect for a few small ornaments and a topper. I’m so glad I purchased this tree and I may get another! My only suggestion would be a for the manufacturer to add an on/off switch to the cord, but it’s certainly not a deal breaker.

This is my 3rd one of these trees!This is the second time I've purchased this tree. I had the 3 foot version for about 6 years. The lights did go out on it, eventually, but I just took them off and replaced with my own. That one was just one piece. This year I decided to go a little larger. This came in 2 pieces which were really easy to put together. I love how the tree looks--there are enough lights, spaced nicely (especially with some effort on my part) and they have a nice warm glow (I loathe cold white light). The tree has a mixture of greenery so it looks more real. I also am going to keep the box, and re-use it, as it's quite nice. I just ordered another 3 foot version.
